The Quilcene School District Board of Directors has declared via resolution that creating and maintaining a public records index would be unduly burdensome as required by Chapter 42.56 RCW. A copy of the resolution is linked below. We have also linked the Washington State Records Retention schedule for Public Schools (K-12) and the State Government Records Retention Schedule. These schedules will give you an idea of the types of records that we maintain.
